Sports Massage/ Stretching - Everybody needs movement whether you sit for long hours every day or training for an athletic event. After a brief consult, a customized stretch to include coordinating muscles is implemented so as to receive the maximum benefits of an intentional stretch. In a 60 minute session, 6-8 muscle groups will be incorporated.

Swedish Relaxation – Soothing and relaxing techniques that relieves the sympathetic nervous system of pain.
Deep Tissue Massage – Application of firm pressure to relieve muscle pain and tension. Designed for individuals involved in sports or strenuous activities, this massage will help provide relief to tense muscles.
Cellulite Massage – These treatments will reduce cellulite. They will slim down and reduce the “orange peel” or “dimpling” effect. To receive the optimum results, you must do (2) treatments a week for 5 weeks
Manual Lymphatic Drainage - Useful in reducing the formation of scar tissue. Light, repetitive techniques are used to pump the lymphatic fluid through the superficial lymphatic capillaries. Lymphatic massages decrease pain & discomfort while providing a healthy cellular environment.
Prenatal Massage – Women with normal, low-risk pregnancies can benefit greatly from the variety of massage techniques offered by our certified prenatal massage therapist. Depending on where you are in your pregnancy, your therapist may utilize such massage techniques as reflexology, Swedish massage or certain techniques that address your specific requests and needs.
